Small Business Savvy: Business Etiquette in the Digital Age: Do’s, Don’ts, Maybes

Small Business Savvy: Business Etiquette in the Digital Age: Do’s, Don’ts, Maybes Online

If you’re active in e-commerce, social media business or just socializing in the digital world, you might want to consider the strengths and weaknesses of your on-line Digital Etiquette. Most of us have not likely thought much about our on-line etiquette. But just as in the face-to-face world, while some etiquette missteps can turn out positive, many times they lead to unexpected negative impacts on your business. In this workshop we will discuss email etiquette including response time, social media etiquette, video call etiquette, virtual professionalism, and cross platform unexpected consequences.

We'll send you the Zoom meeting information a few days in advance of the event.
