Small Business Savvy: LLC or DBA? Online

Starting or running a business? What sort of legal protection do you want or need? One thing to be decided: Do I need an LLC or will a DBA suffice? We will also review the proper business form documents on the Michigan LARA site to guide you. Lawyer Tom Morris and SCORE mentor Steve Feinman will lay out your options for you.
